Why do we need training?

It is a rare occurrence that a new software product explains itself.  We are dedicated to ensuring that our clients not only possess the best software for their business, but know how to make it beneficial for their business.  We are always willing to schedule training with your users and/or administrators to ensure an acceptable level of knowledge.  In fact, it is mutually beneficial for us to do so.  We have found that one of the largest reasons a software implementation fails in the long term is because user knowledge falls short.  If no one knows how to use the product, then no one will use it.

Beyond that initial training session, we can also schedule follow-up sessions to answer any new questions, or newly discovered issues.  As previously stated, it is mutually beneficial for use to take the time to educate you.
